Spotlight
In October 2022, in recognition of our commitment to promoting mental health support, Amazon was awarded the Platinum Bell Seal for 2023 by Mental Health America (MHA). This award is granted to employers who provide access to mental health resources, promote a culture of wellness, and implement policies and practices that support the mental health of employees.

The Platinum Bell Seal is the highest level of recognition offered by MHA.
